Before reporting help, please read the instructions on how pallets and other items should be packed and marked loads.

Instructions for preparing the goods for delivery

Pallets should have standard dimensions of 1200 x 800 mm. not higher than 180 mm.

Each pallet should be marked with a product category (e.g. water, food, bowls and covers or other), then a full list of the assortment that is on a given pallet should be placed. All data should be legible and placed in accessible places.

If a given assortment cannot be palletized (large or oversized assortment), please provide weight and dimensions. The given assortment should be packed so that it is safe to load and unload without taking up any space involving a large amount of equipment and employees, and did not require more time than necessary.

According to the new regulations on the Ukrainian side, all railway shipments must be addressed to the Regional Administrations, after prior determination of the possibility of their collection by the final recipient. GSRA is not responsible for the process of handing over the goods by the Regional Administration to the recipient.

Correct addressing must include:
